Late Fee Policy
Please arrive on time for your session. A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will apply, and your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice may forfeit their session and deposit.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Payments are accepted via Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash, or Cash App.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules due to weather or emergencies may be approved at the photographer’s discretion. If a session is rescheduled more than once, a $30 rescheduling fee will apply.

Turnaround Time

Proof galleries are delivered within 2 business days following your session for image selection. Final images are professionally retouched and delivered within 7 days of your selections.

For clients needing faster delivery, expedited editing is available for an additional $50, with final images delivered within 2 business days. Same-day or next-day delivery is available for $75.

Image Use & Model Release
The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. Clients are granted personal use rights only, which include sharing and printing for personal, non-commercial purposes.

By booking, you agree to allow the photographer to use selected images for portfolio display, website, social media, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the session. (Boudoir sessions are excluded from this clause unless explicit permission is given.)

Miscellaneous

All sessions are conducted with the intent to provide a comfortable, professional, and enjoyable experience. The photographer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully.

RAW images will not be delivered, and clients are asked to refrain from removing watermarks from proof galleries. Please arrive camera-ready and bring anything or anyone that helps you feel comfortable during your session (limit of 3 guests).

No refunds are given for dissatisfaction due to appearance, outfit choices, makeup, or tardiness.
